Daniel Schupmann currently serves as the Head of CAI/GenAI at Swisscom, overseeing B2C and Digital Care Platforms since April 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles in digital user experience and platforms at Sunrise Communications AG from November 2017 to April 2021, and online service management at Telefónica Germany from April 2015 to October 2017. With a background in digital solutions and innovation management at E-Plus Group/KPN Mobile International from March 2011 to March 2015, and earlier positions in customer service and marketing with E-Plus Mobilfunk and Vodafone, Daniel has developed expertise in project management, customer care strategies, and market analysis. Academic qualifications include an International Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from the University of Düsseldorf (2007-2011).
