David Luyet

David Luyet is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Head of Talent Attraction at Swisscom since December 2019, David oversees three teams focused on employer branding, recruitment marketing, active sourcing, and recruiting, while also contributing to the HR leadership team to enhance HR strategies. Previously, David held roles such as Lead Active Sourcing & Talent Relationship at SBB CFF FFS, where responsibility included developing active sourcing strategies and managing partnerships, and held various positions at Swisscom, progressing from Head of Talent Acquisition to Lead People Relationship & HR Marketing. David’s expertise is supported by a Master's Degree in Human Capital Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, along with several certifications in HR and related fields.
