Eric Baltensperger

Eric Baltensperger is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technology and process management. Since August 2018, Eric has been working as a freelance bicycle mechanic, driven by a desire to work with his hands. Prior to this, from July 2017 to June 2021, Eric served as a Product Owner at Swisscom, managing an Agile team and overseeing the end-to-end development and operation of multiple IT applications. Eric's background also includes roles as a Business Engineer, Process Manager, and Technical Training Instructor at Swisscom, where responsibilities ranged from project integration to the development of frequency management processes for telecommunications. Currently, Eric holds the position of Proxy Product Owner at Swisscom, focusing on the development of quality control processes and systems in collaboration with strategic partners. Eric holds a CFC degree from EPSIC École professionnelle de Lausanne and has further education from EIVD - Ecole d'ingénieurs du canton de Vaud.
