Eric Bugnon

Eric Bugnon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Swisscom since July 1996, currently serving as Principal Product Owner in Data Analytics. Eric has held various leadership roles, including Head of Business Performance Management and Head of Portfolio Management, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, strategic project oversight, and management of service and project portfolios. Notably, Eric has managed the development of a three-year business plan for Customer Services and directed the global customer satisfaction survey. Prior to Swisscom, Eric worked as a consultant at SVP Conseils, specializing in competitor analysis and expert interviews. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Economics from Université de Fribourg and post-graduate studies in Information Technology, Business Intelligence, and Lean Management.
