Irina Bindule

Irina Bindule is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, and human resources. As a mentor in the Riga TechGirls program since January 2019, Irina has led workshops focusing on career development in IT. In a recent role as Agile Coach and Coaching Competence Center Lead at Rimi Baltic Group, Irina contributed to the scale-up and reinforcement of New Ways of Working and provided coaching to leaders and teams on business agility. With a background in HR consulting and development, Irina co-founded HR-Meetup to foster community growth through events and workshops. Current responsibilities include serving as Scrum Master for two DevOps teams at Swisscom, ensuring effective processes within an agile framework. Irina holds a Master's degree in HR Management and certifications in coaching from Riga Coaching School.
