Jan Troeltsch

Jan Troeltsch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and process management. Currently serving as a Senior Business & Data Analyst and Business Process Engineer at Swisscom since September 2011, Jan leads end-to-end business process optimization projects and develops the Paid Service Portfolio. Prior experience includes a role as Chairman of the Investment Committee at Orange Pension Fund, overseeing assets of CHF120M, and various managerial positions at Orange Communications SA, where responsibilities included quality and process management, finance operations, and billing processes. Jan has also worked as a Manager and Consultant at Accenture, focusing on IT development life cycles in the telecom industry.
