Kai Duttle is a Principal Consultant specializing in Strategy and AI at Swisscom since September 2023, focusing on customer-driven digital transformation for financial and insurance companies. Duttle has extensive experience in customer service innovation and risk management, having served as Head of Customer Service Innovation and Head of Risk Innovation at Swisscard AECS GmbH from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, Duttle held various roles in data management and consulting, including founding responsibilitYNVEST and working at UBS.
