Manfred Wagner

Manfred Wagner is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd since 2008, following a similar role at Swisscom Mobile Ltd from 2000 to 2007. Prior to this, Manfred Wagner worked at the Sekretariat der Wettbewerbskommission as Wissenschaftlicher Adjunkt und Leiter Kompetenzzentrum BGM from 1996 to 2000. Manfred Wagner holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law, International Environmental Law and the Law of the Sea, and European Human Rights from The University of Edinburgh (1995-1996), as well as a lic.iur in substantive and procedural law from the University of Bern (1985-1990). Additionally, Manfred Wagner completed a practical course at a local court and in a law firm, leading to bar admission in procedural and substantive law between 1992 and 1993.
