Manuel Grima

Manuel Grima currently serves as the Deputy Head of Strategic Consulting & Analysis at Swisscom, a position held since January 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing resource use in strategic planning for workforce management. Prior to this, Manuel held the title of ICT Application Operation Manager at Swisscom, and earlier worked as a Fachspezialist IT Operations at Sanitas Krankenversicherung, focusing on system analysis and external coordination. Beginning the career at Allianz as a Mitarbeiter Inkasso, Manuel developed expertise in loss management and communication within the collections department. Educational achievements include a Master of Advanced Studies in Wirtschaftsinformatik from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, along with a Bachelor of Science in Kommunikation from HWZ University.
