Marco Kessler

Marco Kessler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in key account management and leadership roles. Currently, Marco serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Key Account Management at Swisscom, a position held since January 2016, while also overseeing the Head of Key Account Management Region East. In addition, Marco is on the Verwaltungsrat of Raiffeisen Gruppe since May 2024 and imparts knowledge as a lecturer in Sales Management and Transformation at Universität St.Gallen since January 2022, along with teaching strategic leadership and change management at Fachhochschule Graubünden from 2018 to 2023. Marco's academic qualifications include advanced certifications in Digital Transformation & Customer Solutions and Strategic Management from the University of St.Gallen, an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, and a diploma in business administration from WISS Schulen für Wirtschaft Informatik Immobilien.
