Marco Robertini

Marco Robertini has over a decade of legal experience, currently serving as a Senior Legal Counsel at Swisscom AG since August 2011, where responsibilities include managing M&A, venturing, and corporate governance projects, along with supporting spin-offs and start-ups. Previously, Marco held roles as an Attorney at Law with SwissLegal Frick Anwälte and as a Legal Advisor at Nine Internet Solutions, focusing on contract creation and general legal counsel. In the early career as a research assistant at the University of Bern, Marco contributed to IT contract negotiations and web server infrastructure. Marco holds a Master of Law (MLaw) with a focus on business law from the University of Bern, completed in 2006.
