Markus Mayer is currently the Head of Process Management and Deputy COO B2B at Swisscom, where they oversee process efficiency and management. Previously, they held key roles at Swisscom Banking Consulting as Head of Transformation & Management Consulting and Head of Strategic Banking Initiatives, managing strategic initiatives and innovations in the banking sector. Markus began their career at Accenture as a Strategieberater in Strategic IT Effectiveness and Development Partnerships, later advancing to Senior Strategy Manager at Swisscom IT Services, where they defined corporate strategies and led significant projects. Markus holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and a Master of Computing in IT Management from Unitec Institute of Technology.
