Markus Turdo

Markus Turdo is an experienced IT Manager currently working at Swisscom since 2010, where responsibilities include customer liaison and support as Customer Service Manager since 2017, along with prior roles such as Head of Service Development & Customer Integration. Before Swisscom, Markus held various IT management positions at UBS from 2000 to 2010, which included Global Service Manager and Chief of Staff, and a significant foreign assignment in the USA. Earlier in the career, Markus worked at Perot Systems Corporation as Swiss Regional Manager and contributed to global project management initiatives, while beginning as a Network Engineer and Project Manager at Swiss Bank Corporation from 1991 to 1995. Markus is furthering education with a CAS in Digital Transformation & Customer Solutions from the University of St.Gallen and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Brugg-Windisch.
