Michael Knabe

Michael Knabe is an experienced professional in electrical safety and security management, currently serving as Group Manager Electrical Safety and Deputy Head of Physical Security, Safety, Emergency & Crisis Management at Swisscom since February 2019. Michael is also the Founder and CEO of Electrotainer, which commenced operations in January 2025, and a central board member of VSEK (Verband Schweizer Elektrokontrollen) since May 2022. Additionally, Michael is an active member of the energy commission for Gemeinde Zurzach and has held management roles at KNABE Veranstaltungs- und Showtechnik and Zivilschutzorganisation Seetal. Michael's extensive professional background includes significant positions at Electrosuisse from December 2007 to January 2019, where responsibilities encompassed business development and consultancy.
