Muriel Widmer is currently the Online Experience Manager at swisscom.ch, where they lead a team focused on enhancing the user experience for private customers comparing and ordering subscriptions and devices. They co-founded an innovative eCommerce startup, producing a bestselling cookbook that emphasizes healthy meals for under 5 Swiss Francs. Muriel has held various positions including Team Lead Mobile & Devices and Digital Transformation Intern at UNICEF Portugal, where they optimized processes and led project management efforts. They hold a Master's degree in International Management (CEMS) and Law from the University of St. Gallen, and are passionate about human-centered digital transformation, innovation, and diversity in agile work environments.
