Nicolas Meyer

Nicolas Meyer currently serves as HR Digital Officer at Swisscom, driving the digitalisation of the HR strategy and enhancing employee experience since May 2022. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Smart HR Operational Program Lead at Deutsche Bahn, where responsibilities included vendor selection and the implementation of the Oracle HCM Suite. Nicolas's extensive background at Swisscom prior to that encompassed developing and implementing the company's HR digital vision, managing multiple digitalization projects, and leading various HR functions. Earlier career roles included HR Specialist positions at Die Mobiliar and Providentia Assurances Vie. Nicolas holds an EMBA in Management & Finance from HEC Lausanne and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Geneva.
