Patric Conrad has extensive experience in platform management and service delivery, having worked with banks and insurance companies in various roles, including Service Manager at Swisscom IT Services from 2011 to 2015 and currently as an Engagement Manager at Swisscom since 2021. Patric previously served as a Performance Management and System Architect at finnova AG Bankware from 2005 to 2011.
