Radouane Naim

Radouane NAIM has extensive experience in technical support and sales, currently serving as Team Leader Technical Solution Support at Swisscom since June 2016. Previously, Radouane held the position of Sales Supporter at the same company. Prior to Swisscom, Radouane worked at Veltigroup as a Senior Sales Assistant and at CALL7 as the manager of a call center focused on qualified appointment setting for renewable energy product sales. Earlier career experiences include a commercial employee position at Aterno and an accounting assistant role at EDF. Radouane's educational background includes a Brevet Technicien Supérieur in Accounting Management and a Niveau DEUG AES degree in Economic and Social Administration from the University of Strasbourg. Radouane also obtained a Baccalauréat in Accounting Management from Lycée Alfred Kastler.
