Renata Mike is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a focus on recruiting Cyber Security and System Engineering experts. Currently serving as Team Lead Active Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Manager at Swisscom since January 2019, Renata has a strong background in sourcing engineering talents across various industries, having previously worked as a Recruiter at Spring Professional Switzerland and as a Technical Recruiter at DATA Inc. Renata's expertise includes managing recruitment processes, interviewing candidates, and developing innovative sourcing strategies. Additionally, Renata has training experience, having conducted an IT Technical and Recruitment training session at Trenkwalder Hungary. Renata holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University.
