Reto Schmidt

Reto Schmidt currently serves as Sales Director for Banking Groups & Global Banks at Swisscom, where responsibilities include managing a team of 15 Account and Engagement Managers. With previous roles at Swisscom as Sales Director for Banking Groups & Global Account and Account Director for Health Insurance, Reto has extensive experience in account management and outsourcing in the banking and health insurance sectors. Prior to Swisscom, Reto held various leadership positions at Bedag Informatik AG, including Head of Competence Center for Health Insurance and Head of Service & Project Management. Reto's earlier roles also include Solution Manager at AC Service AG and Key Account and Channel Manager at iWay AG. Reto is advancing education in Digital Transformation and Customer Solutions at the University of St.Gallen while holding degrees in leadership and ITIL, alongside a background in electrical engineering.
