Roy Alexander

Roy Alexander is an experienced Information Technology Consultant currently working at Swisscom since December 2019, specializing in service management and engineering for banking applications, particularly the Twint backend. Roy has a strong background in incident and problem management, availability management, and process optimization, utilizing a range of software and tools including Linux, Oracle, and Grafana. Prior to Swisscom, Roy held positions in IT automation and support at Swiss Precision Industries, project management at Credit Suisse, and various roles in database administration at AXPO Informatik and Credit Suisse, as well as serving as an Oracle DBA and applications specialist at KKL.
