Silvana Baumann is an experienced professional currently serving as the Leiterin Microsoft Competence Center at Swisscom since January 2020, where responsibilities include building a high-performing team to enhance customer engagement with Microsoft technologies, alongside roles in business development, product management, and sales team management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Partner Manager for Microsoft, leading cloud transformation initiatives, and facilitating strategic collaborations between Swisscom and Microsoft. As the CEO of Cataya, founded in 2018, Silvana Baumann focuses on empowering small, primarily female-owned businesses to access global e-commerce markets. Previous roles at Microsoft involved leading the Azure Business in the German market and managing product marketing initiatives. Silvana Baumann holds an MBA from the University of St.Gallen and has academic credentials in International Relations from Sciences Po and the University of Geneva.
