Simon Hofmann

Simon Hofmann is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cloud adoption and service management. Currently serving as the Team Manager of the Cloud Adoption Team at Swisscom since July 2018, Simon leads a team of IT specialists to enhance cloud utilization across platforms including Azure, AWS, and Swisscom Cloud. Previous roles at Swisscom included Service Owner for Swisscom Cloud, where Simon managed end-to-end service quality for a substantial IaaS platform, and Team Lead for Cloud Professional Services, focused on delivering tailored solutions to public cloud customers. Simon's background also features significant positions at IBM, where responsibilities included overseeing hybrid cloud environments for major retail clients and managing large-scale migrations, as well as a consultancy role at Deloitte conducting investigations for banking clients. Simon holds a CAS in Applied Information Technology from ETH Zürich and advanced degrees in Business and Economics from the University of Bern.
