Thomas Mainka

Thomas Mainka serves as the Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel International at Swisscom since October 2018, focusing on international legal and regulatory matters within the B2B sector. Additionally, Thomas has been a member of the Association Suisse des Juristes d'Entreprises since January 2017 and contributed as a Board Member of the Legislative Council for the Resort Development Organisation from January 2015 to September 2018, specializing in the DACH region's timeshare industry. Previous roles include General Counsel and Executive Board Member at Hapimag AG, along with experience at Norton Rose Fulbright and various legal positions in Germany. Academically, Thomas is a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Middlesex University and holds a Master's degree in German Law from European-University Viadrina, along with a Bachelor in International Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
