Thomas Petersen

Thomas Petersen is an experienced ICT Systems Engineer at Swisscom since October 2007, specializing in the operations and assurance of network elements within the IP/MPLS backbone, as well as scripting and software development in various programming languages. Previous roles include Technical Consultant at Detecon International, Innovator & Senior Consultant at TNO Information and Communication Technology, and Technical Officer for Internet & IP-Technologies at Casema, where Thomas contributed to projects involving next generation networks and innovative telecommunication solutions. Earlier career highlights include developing train communication systems at NedTrain, satellite motion modeling at the European Space Agency, and spacecraft design at EADS.
