Tomas Lozano is a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect with over 15 years of experience as an ITSM/ESM consultant and architect. They are currently an Advisory Solution Architect at Swisscom, where they lead large-scale cross-functional delivery programs and provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow practice. Previously, Tomas held roles at companies like DXC Technology, RealNetworks, and Axios Systems, contributing expertise in service design, customer service management, and process optimization. Tomas has also worked as a freelance web developer and owned O.D.G Records.
