Ailsa Buckley

Ailsa Buckley serves as the ISD Global Guardian and Regional Business and Markets Specialist at Swisscontact since January 2014, focusing on Inclusive Systems Development and business initiatives across East, Central, and Southern Africa. Prior experience includes roles as an International Markets Specialist and Regional Consultancy Manager at Practical Action Consulting from May 2010 to January 2014, and as a PSD Consultant while self-employed from November 1995 to April 2010. Ailsa Buckley holds a Master of Business Administration from Leicester University Management Centre (2009), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from Leicester University Management Centre (2001), and a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Fashion Design and Marketing from the University of Central Lancashire (1988). Additionally, Ailsa completed a Pre-degree Foundation Course in General Art and Design at Calderdale College in 1984.
