Antoine Karam

Antoine Karam is an experienced professional currently serving as Lebanon Country Director and Middle-East Regional Coordinator at Swisscontact since July 2023, overseeing economic development projects in the Middle-East with a focus on Labour Market Insertion, Skills Development, and SME support across key industries. Previously, Antoine held the position of Country Director at Right To Play from November 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included representation at strategic events and strengthening local partnerships. As the Deputy Operations Director and Director of Programmes at World Vision from November 2019 to October 2021, Antoine managed a $20M multi-sector portfolio, facilitated programmatic growth, and led organizational strategy development. Prior experience includes roles as Performance Improvement Manager at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services and Senior Management Consultant at Logica Business Consulting, where Antoine led transformation and change management projects across various sectors. Antoine holds an engineering degree in Telecommunications from Télécom SudParis and a Master's in Economics from Le Mans Université.
