Aung Thu

Aung Thu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agriculture, hospitality, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Agriculture and Stakeholder Engagement at Swisscontact since November 2019, Aung Thu also oversees the Hospitality Training division. Prior roles include Acting Director at the Training and Education Department from February 2018 to July 2019 and Deputy Director (Principal) at the Tourism and Hospitality Training School from May 2016 to January 2018. Aung Thu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the European International University in Paris (2021-2022) and a Master of Arts in International Area Studies, Public Policy from the University of Tsukuba (2011-2012).
