Sarin Khun

Sarin Khun is an accomplished professional in hospitality training and human resources with extensive experience in the sector. Currently serving as the Hospitality Training Intervention Coordinator at Swisscontact since March 2018, Sarin oversees the implementation and coordination of training programs in the hospitality sector, collaborates with stakeholders, and contributes to the development of training models and curricula. Prior to this role, Sarin held various positions including Human Resources Manager at Thalias Hospitality, where a significant focus was placed on creating a positive work environment, and Secretariat Manager at the Cambodia Restaurant Association, dedicated to enhancing the restaurant industry in Cambodia. With a solid educational background, including two MBAs from the Royal University of Law and Economics and the Asian Institute of Technology, Sarin combines academic knowledge with practical experience to drive success in hospitality training and human resources initiatives.
