Tim Eickhoff

Tim Eickhoff is an accomplished Project Manager in technology with extensive experience in the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager Technology at Swissgrid AG since March 2020, Tim previously held the position of Manager Engineering Projects at Commscope Wireless Systems AG Switzerland from February 2011 to March 2020, overseeing mobile communication systems for Swiss regional and long-distance trains. Tim is the founder and former owner of Eickhoff-Engineering GmbH (August 2008 - February 2011) and has also worked as a Radio Network Planner for both Telefónica O2 Germany GmbH & Co. OHG and DB Telematik GmbH. Earlier roles include a consultancy position at FITT GmbH and a research engineering role at Alcatel SEL while completing a Diploma thesis. Tim Eickhoff holds a degree in Nachrichtentechnik (Dipl.-Ing. Elektrotechnik) from HTW Saarbrücken, earned between 1999 and 2005.
