Jonas Karlström

Jonas Karlström has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jonas'smost recent role is the Head of Pallet Technology Center and Managing Director of Swisslog Technology Center Sweden AB at Swisslog. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member at Skill. Jonas also has a significant tenure at Elekta, where they held various positions such as Managing Director of Elekta Instrument AB, Senior Vice President Global Order Fulfillment, Vice President of Services & Business Development, and Vice President of Service & Operations. Jonas has also served as a Board Member at AB Motala Train and AB Motala Verkstad. Before joining Elekta, Jonas worked at ABB as an Order Project Manager and Trainee. Throughout their career, they have accumulated extensive experience in management, operations, logistics, and purchasing.

Jonas Karlström completed their MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, from 1986 to 1990. Jonas later attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006 for an Executive Program in Industrial Management. In 2018 to 2019, they participated in the Elekta Leadership Development Program (ELDP), which included sessions in Stockholm, Boston, Bangalore, and Amsterdam. Jonas also completed the Business Leadership Development Program at Elekta in 2003 and the ABB Sweden Leadership Program in 1994 to 1995. Additionally, they served in the military for 15 months as part of their education, specifically in I2-Karlstad, Sweden. Furthermore, they attended Cambridge High School in Cambridge, Ohio, USA from 1982 to 1983.
