Karsten Leick

Karsten Leick has a diverse work experience in the software industry. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Swisslog, initially as the Head of Software Support DE and later promoted to the role of Head of Software Services Germany. Prior to joining Swisslog, Karsten spent a significant portion of their career at CETECOM, where they held various positions. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Head of Software Development, leading the development team. Before that, from 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Lead Developer and Software Architect. Karsten's career started at CETECOM in 2000 as a Software Developer until 2009.

Karsten Leick obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Mechatronics from Bochum University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired various certifications such as Agile Kata Pro (AKP Level 1) from Agile Kata Pro in 2022, Certified Agile Transformation Coach (C-ATC I) from INCREMENTOR in 2020, ICAgile Certified Professional - Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) from ICAgile in 2020, Professional Agile Leadership (PAL-E / PAL I) from Scrum.org in 2019, Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in 2019, and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2016.
