Lea Nölken

Lea Nölken is a Global People & Organization Specialist at Swisslog since April 2023, focusing on the digitalization, implementation, and improvement of global People & Organization processes and policies. Prior experience includes roles as HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition EMEA at Swisslog and Herta GmbH, respectively. Additional internships in marketing and HR sectors were completed at Nespresso Deutschland GmbH and HELLA. Lea Nölken also has experience in event management from Deutsche Post and participated as a Global Volunteer with AIESEC. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in International Management from Hochschule Bochum and Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Business Studies from Paderborn University.
