Lena F.

Lena F. began their work experience in 2013 as an Au Pair at Cultural Care Au Pair. Lena then worked at RSG Group from 2015 to 2018, holding various roles in project management, sales, marketing, and product development. From 2018 to 2021, Lena worked at Henkel as a Junior HR Business Partner and an Intern in Corporate HR Business Partner. Currently, they are working at Swisslog, starting in 2022 as an HR Manager and then transitioning to the role of Head of HR Germany in 2023.

Lena F. completed their Bachelor's degree in Management from Kozminski University in 2018. During the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business from DHBW Mannheim, which they completed in 2018 as well.
