Vincenzo Marzano

Vincenzo Marzano is a Software Engineering Manager at Swisslog since December 2016, leading a team of 12 software engineers and focusing on development, team management, resource allocation, budget management, and process improvement. Prior to this role, Vincenzo served as a Software Engineering Technical Leader, overseeing the technical direction and design of complex projects utilizing technologies such as Java Enterprise and EJB. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Analytics Consultant at ICONSULTING, specializing in data warehousing and ETL processes, and an internship at ICAR CNR Cosenza, where research on clustering algorithms and the development of a bio-inspired spatial algorithm were undertaken.
