Beatrice Martin-Flatin

Beatrice Martin-Flatin has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Cheffe de Secteur for Swissmem since November 2015, Beatrice specializes in employer policies in the Swiss Romande region for the leading association in mechanical and electrical engineering. Prior positions include Head of HR for TESA Group, Director of Human Resources for Semtech in Europe, and Director of Human Resources for Innovative Silicon, where management extended across international operations. Beatrice's early career includes roles at Stryker, Orange Switzerland, Merck Serono, BBC Monitoring, and Berkshire Probation Service. Beatrice holds a PostGraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Ancient History and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
