Daniela Sciarra, MSc, is an experienced professional in safety, compliance, quality management, and risk management within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Director of QHSE for Swissport, Daniela has previously held various leadership roles at Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways, where they developed and implemented management systems focused on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. With a proven track record in enhancing organizational culture and performance, Daniela has also worked as an IOSA Lead Auditor and General Manager of Quality Assurance Operations at Hong Kong Airlines. They hold a Master's degree from Robert Gordon University, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
