Inge Simons

Inge Simons has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Inge has held various leadership roles in human resources in multinational companies. Inge Simons started their career in 1999 as a Relocation Consultant at Ernst & Young. Inge then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Broadnet in 2001. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at American Standard Europe, first as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst and then as an HR Services Manager. In 2007, they joined BASE NV as a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2010, Inge Simons held two roles simultaneously, as an HR Manager at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and as a Site Human Resources Manager at Solutia Europe bvba. In 2015, they briefly served as a Talent Development Manager EMEA at Solutia Europe bvba. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an HR Operations Leader Benelux at Bridgestone Europe, Middle East & Africa. Inge then served as an HR Director at SWISSPORT BELGIUM from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Human Resources Director for SPIE Belgium & Luxemburg. In 2021, they joined Swissport as an HR Director for Belgium and later became the Head of HR Continental Europe. Currently, Inge Simons holds the position of VP Global HR Projects at Swissport.

Inge Simons attended Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Languages. Additionally, Inge Simons received a Hogan Assessment Certification from metaBeratung - Hogan Distributor in 2023.
