Michael Frick

Michael Frick has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a member of the Betriebskommission for Gemeinde Märstetten since October 2021, focusing on sustainable infrastructure. Since September 2009, Frick has held the position of Market Leader and Executive Board Member at Technische Betriebe Weinfelden AG, where responsibilities include developing innovative solutions in energy distribution, drinking water, and fiber networks aligned with the Energy Strategy 2050. Additionally, since March 2021, Frick has been a member of the Board of Directors at Open Energy Platform AG, which specializes in gas market energy management. As President of the Marketing Pool Thurgau (Biogas) since January 2019, Frick advocates for biogas as a crucial component of the future energy mix.
