Ronny Kaufmann

Ronny Kaufmann is the CEO of Swisspower AG, leading a strategic alliance of 22 Swiss municipal utilities and regional utility sector companies focused on creating a sustainable energy system through improved efficiency and renewable energy. Since November 2018, Kaufmann has served as a member of the Verwaltungsrat for Swiss Post, a diversified group operating in multiple markets, and held a similar position at Nordur Power SNG Ltd. from August 2018 to 2020. Previously, Kaufmann directed Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility at Swiss Post from 2006 to 2014, navigating complex political and regulatory landscapes. Kaufmann holds a degree in Political Sciences, International Relations, and Philosophy from the University of St.Gallen.
