Stéphane Goetz

Stéphane Goetz has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Stéphane started their career at Emil Frey AG as an Apprentice Informaticen, where they managed the Swiss-romand IT infrastructure and performed PC assembly and printer repairs. Stéphane then worked at Ringier as an Apprentice Informaticen, gaining further experience in IT. Stéphane then joined Getronics as an Analyste Service Desk, providing support and analysis for service desk operations. Stéphane briefly worked at Edipresse as a Web Developer before moving on to Youmewine as the CTO. At Youmewine, they developed and managed the e-commerce platform, implemented a faceted search engine, and created an interface for data input. Stéphane co-founded VinoGuide.ch (formerly Youmewine), acting as the CTO and overseeing the implementation of a mailing system and migration to responsive web design. Stéphane then joined Swissquote as an IT Platform Specialist, where they developed and maintained internal tools, recommended web architecture and performance improvements, and implemented a Drupal load-balanced infrastructure. Stéphane then held roles as Frontend Architecture Group Leader, Senior Software Architect, and Principal Software Engineer at Swissquote, where they provided guidance on frontend technologies, developed tools and libraries for frontend development, and implemented knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Stéphane Goetz obtained a Certificat Fédéral de Capacité in Informatics from EPSIC École professionelle de Lausanne between the years 2005 and 2009.
