Yvan Cardenas

Yvan Cardenas is the current Chief Financial Officer at Swissquote. Yvan has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Cardenas started their career as an intern in the FX department of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in 2002. Yvan then worked as a manager in the financial services audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2010. In 2010, Cardenas joined Swissquote Bank SA as a senior officer. Yvan was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of MIG Bank SA in 2013 and held this position until the bank was acquired by Swissquote in 2013. Cardenas has been with Swissquote since 2010 and has been serving as the CFO since 2013.

Yvan Cardenas is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert and Swiss Certified Public Accountant who specializes in taxation and accounting. Yvan has a degree from the University of St.Gallen in accounting and finance, and a degree from HEC Lausanne in finance and accounting.
