Amy Clowrey

Amy is a Director & Solicitor specializing in Child Abuse Compensation claims and based at the Wakefield office. Outside of Switalskis, she is a mentor for The Law Society’s Diversity Access Scheme, a member of the Council Membership Committee, a committee member of the Huddersfield & Dewsbury Law Society’s Uganda Twinning Group and a past Chair of the Junior Lawyers Division of England & Wales. In 2018, Amy received the Modern Law ‘Rising Star’ award. Amy also heads up the “Whitlam’s Law” campaign, which aims to change the laws relating to drink-driving, following the tragic death of 11-year-old Harry Whitlam. Amy is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
