Jay Touma

Jay Touma is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Switch Foods since April 2022, Jay's previous roles include Director of Operations at Slab & BRD and Restaurant General Manager at Allo Beirut, among others. Key responsibilities throughout Jay's career have included pre-opening training, recruitment, managing operational processes, and conducting business planning. With a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Institute of Hospitality in Damascus, Jay has consistently demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, cost control, and customer relationship management across various establishments.
