Amanda Ferguson

Amanda Ferguson has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Amanda started their career at Brubaker Law in 2015 as an Associate, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined Switch as a Contracts Administrator and worked their way up to become a Manager in Legal and Strategic Development from 2023 to 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Legal and Strategic Development at Switch, starting from 2024. Amanda's expertise lies in contracts management, legal operations, and strategic development.

Amanda Ferguson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2011. Amanda later pursued a Juris Doctorate with a Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California, completing their studies in 2015. In addition, they obtained a certification in Ironclad CLM Core Administration from Ironclad in 2023.
