Diego Vazquez Roji

Diego Vazquez Roji has been working in software development since 2012. Diego started at Tata Consultancy Services as a Developer and then moved to Infocorp in 2013, also as a Developer. In 2014, they joined Switch Software Solutions as a Developer and was promoted to Tech Lead. In this role, they work with a financial client using the staff augmentation strategy while managing the design, quality control and development teams. Diego develops frontend and backend solutions while reviewing the code of their teammates, teaching and learning from them along the way. Theirexpertise is also offered to help with the personnel selection process by measuring the technical level and potential affinity of each candidate with the team.

Diego Vazquez Roji is currently enrolled at Universidad de la República. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Conversaciones de Feedback from Xn Partners in October of 2022, Desarrollo Web from Coderhouse in February of 2022, Diseño UX/UI Avanzado from Coderhouse in November of 2021, Diseño UX/UI from Coderhouse in August of 2021, Los 4 Trabajos del Líder from Xn Partners in July of 2021, and Photoshop e Illustrator from Coderhouse in April of 2021.
