Kali Hailegiorgis has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Founding Member of Hope For Children NGO. In 2020, they became a Business Development, Partnerships and Marketing Consultant, as well as a Sales and Business Development Intern at IPwe. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing and Business Development Apprentice at Alder & Co., a PR, Partnerships and Events at Happy Marlo, a Business Development Lead at COCObundle, and a Student Research Scholar at Duke Kunshan University. In 2022, they became the Business Development and Social Media Marketing Manager and the Social Media and Community Manager at Switch. In 2016, Kali completed Yale Young African Scholars Program from Yale University and a First Aid Training from International Cardiovascular Medical Center (ICMC).
