Matthew Lock

Matthew Lock is an experienced professional in athlete services and wellbeing, currently serving as the Athlete Services Manager at Switch The Play Foundation since April 2023 and as Client Engagement Manager at The Creative Wellbeing Company since September 2023. As a Co-Founder of Outliers Wellbeing, Matthew supports organizations in balancing employee wellbeing and performance through innovative programs. Previous roles include First Team Manager at Worcester City Women FC and Partner, Head of Wellbeing at DeltaV Partners, where focus was on mental resilience and physical wellbeing. Matthew also co-founded Corporate Caveman Ltd., directed football programs at Plume Academy, and provided strength and conditioning coaching at Maldon Cricket Club. Matthew’s background as a football player at Dover Athletic FC and a fitness leader at BlitzFitMe complements a Bachelor of Science in Sports Performance from the University of Bath.
