Ute Oligschlaeger

Ute Oligschlaeger is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as VP of Software Engineering, Program Management & Operations at Switch since January 2024. Previously, Ute was involved in program management and operations at Narrably AI, a generative AI startup, and led the application marketplace and program management initiatives at Rakuten Symphony. Ute has extensive experience at Dell Technologies in managing program introduction for cloud-based Private Networks and at Ericsson in various senior program management roles, including successful product launches and cross-functional team leadership. Ute holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
